SeltzerMax™ has been optimized to provide essential nitrogen, vitamins, and minerals for yeast health resulting in a fast and complete hard seltzer fermentation. This product does contain diammonium phosphate (DAP) and has been formulated to be balanced with organic sources of nitrogen.
